HR Manager

Your opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, we have an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager, as a key leader in the business you will be responsible for strategically managing human resources within the organisation. Utilising your extensive experience you are responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle while providing HR guidance and support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance in line with the Company’s strategy, values and objectives
  • Provide skilled and influential HR advice and expertise across the organisation
  • Overseeing workplace relations and compliance, ER & IR governance, Award and EBA negotiation and liaising with relevant union representatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to build leadership capability, manage performance and enhance employee engagement
  • Manage the full HR function from talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance through to exit.
  • Development and governance of HR policies and practice, and manage compliance in accordance with employment laws and best practice.

 About You

As a true generalist in HR you will have a minimum of 5 years experience and to be successful you will possess:

  • Strong HR knowledge, skills and experience, especially in ER and IR
  • High degree of self-motivation,
  • Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
  • Ideally come from a similar industry/sector such as FMCG, manufacturing or Logistics,
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are prepared to be hands on in a role.
